We set out on a six-month journey to understand why. We met with CFOs, senior finance leaders, accounting teams, and executives across the United States to hear their challenges firsthand. What we uncovered was clear: many finance leaders were experts in finance, accounting, and strategy — but they were not technology experts. Yet they were being expected to evaluate systems, connect data, implement automation, improve reporting, and lead digital transformation without the right guidance or support.

That gap became our opportunity.

We took those insights and dove head-first into finance operating models, business intelligence, system integrations, automation, and the platforms reshaping how finance teams work. We combined our deep business consulting experience with the real-world needs we heard from finance leaders to create a more modern, scalable approach to finance and accounting.
